For French dressing, in a screw-top jar mix 1/2 cup olive oil, the vinegar, sizzling honey, onion, garlic, mustard, crushed pink pepper (if utilizing), 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. floor black pepper. Cover; shake effectively. (Dressing may be made forward and chilled as much as 3 days.)

In a salad bowl or on a serving platter, organize Swiss chard, kale, beets, and apple. Top with nuts and drizzle with French dressing.
How to Roast Beets
Preheat oven to 375°F. Trim tops and bottoms from beets. Wrap beets in foil and place in a shallow roasting pan. Roast till tender, 45 to 60 minutes. Let cool till simple to deal with. Peel and minimize into wedges. (Beets may be wrapped in foil and saved within the fridge as much as 1 day.)
